Exchanges

We are more than happy to exchange any apparel that has not been customized, worn, or used in any way within 14 days of receiving your order. Any and all shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Custom Items

Custom items are not eligible for cancelation, returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of the product. Once the product has been produced it cannot be resold by Jam Up Apparel. Therefore not eligible for cancelation, refunds or return.

 

Non-Defective Product Returns & Exchanges

If the product is new, unused, or unwanted, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for either an exchange of equal or lesser value, or a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Any and all shipping costs for non-defective products will be the customer's responsibility. All refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of receiving the product back to us.

 

Defective Product Returns & Exchanges

All defective product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for either an exchange of equal or lesser value or a full refund with no restocking fee. Any and all shipping costs will be covered by Jam Up Apparel.

 

Additional Return & Exchange Policies

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Any large volume orders of 20 pieces of clothing or more can be returned or exchanged in accordance to the above mentioned guidelines and policies within 14 days of receiving your order. Large volume orders requesting refunds will be issued their refunds within 4-6 weeks of receiving all the product back to us. Jam Up Apparel views "14 days of receiving your order" as starting when we receive delivery confirmation of the order in question
