When will my order ship?

  • Our standard production time is 4-7 days from the time of order. If your item includes personalization or logo placements, please allow an additional 1-2 days for production.

Why does it take so long to produce?

  • Our manufacturing process upholds the highest standard of customized sportswear using dye sublimation. This process allows full control over your design, turning your garment into a blank canvas. Each order is designed, printed, dyed into fabric, cut, and sewn together to create a finished product.


How long does shipping take?

  • Standard shipping time once production is completed is 8-15 business days.


Do you stock products?

  • Due to the customized nature of our business, our products are made to order, allowing full customization and the highest quality using dye sublimation.
  • We do stock clothing for our live events, which we sell onsite. Follow our social media to see our upcoming locations!

Why does my tracking information not show any movement?

  • Depending on your location, if tracking shows no movement, it means the item is in transit from our facility in Asia to your local shores. Once the item reaches the destination country, it is scanned and processed, and tracking will then show movement.


Do you offer custom clothing?

  • Absolutely! We offer two levels of customization: Semi-Custom and Full Custom.
  • Semi-Custom: Add names and logos to an existing garment design. We also offer logo creation services for an additional fee.
  • Full Custom: We design a completely unique garment to bring your vision to life. This is what Jam Up is known for, and we excel at it!


For Semi-Custom, how do I add my name or logo to an item?

  1. Our software allows you to enter names and logos to view them in real time on the shirt.

How do I request Full Custom designs?

  • Purchase the custom design service from our services page. Please allow one business day for our staff to reach out, discuss your design needs, and start the process.


How can I change my order (e.g., size, personalization, or shipment address)?**

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order is in production, modifications may not be possible.


Can I add items to my order or have two orders shipped together?**

  • We will try. Our production operates on a first-in, first-out basis, and once an order is in motion, our facility staff works quickly, so such requests might be missed.


Do you offer exact color matching?

  • We strive to match colors as closely as possible, but every printer is calibrated differently, and fabric printing may have slight variations. Please allow for these deviations between mockups and the final printed product.


Sizing fit styles (fitted, oversized, etc.)

  • We aim to meet industry standard sizing for U.S. sizes. Please refer to the size chart to determine the best fit for you.
