Free 30-day returns on non-personalized items — no questions asked. Personalized items are final sale unless defective, but that's why we send you a preview before printing.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and hasn't been customized. You can exchange for something of equal or lesser value, or take a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The 14 days starts from the delivery confirmation on your order, not the day you placed it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 days of us receiving the item.
No. Custom pieces are made to order and can't be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged once production has started, because we can't resell them. Please double-check your sizes and artwork before you order — our size charts are here, and if you're unsure, get in touch before you place the order rather than after.
We'll cover it completely. Return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund, with no restocking fee, and we'll pay the shipping both ways. For anything that isn't a fault — wrong size, changed your mind — return shipping is on you.

That's our Full Custom Design service. Our in-house design team works with you from a blank page to a jersey that's entirely your own — your colors, your layout, your artwork. Once you've paid the design fee you'll fill in a short brief form, quoting your order number, and a designer picks it up from there. Not once production starts. Anything with your name, logo or custom artwork on it can't be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged, because we can't resell it to anyone else.
