SIZE & FITTING
True to size. Most players order their normal shirt size. If you're between sizes or bridge low, size up. Sized XS through 6XL.

Free 30-day returns on non-personalized items — no questions asked. Personalized items are final sale unless defective, but that's why we send you a preview before printing.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and hasn't been customized. You can exchange for something of equal or lesser value, or take a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The 14 days starts from the delivery confirmation on your order, not the day you placed it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 days of us receiving the item.
No. Custom pieces are made to order and can't be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged once production has started, because we can't resell them. Please double-check your sizes and artwork before you order — our size charts are here, and if you're unsure, get in touch before you place the order rather than after.
We'll cover it completely. Return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund, with no restocking fee, and we'll pay the shipping both ways. For anything that isn't a fault — wrong size, changed your mind — return shipping is on you.
PERSONALIZATION
Yes. Any design in our men's or women's range can be personalized — add your name, your team's name, or your own logo. It's the quickest route to a kit that looks like yours without starting from scratch, and it's what most teams choose. Browse the range, pick your base design, and use the personalizer tool.
That's our Full Custom Design service. Our in-house design team works with you from a blank page to a jersey that's entirely your own — your colors, your layout, your artwork. Once you've paid the design fee you'll fill in a short brief form, quoting your order number, and a designer picks it up from there. You'll get several rounds of revisions to get it right before anything goes to production. Click here to get started.
Not once production starts. Anything with your name, logo or custom artwork on it can't be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged, because we can't resell it to anyone else. That's why we build the proofing stage in — you sign off the design before we make it. Check your sizes carefully too, using our size charts, and ask us before you order if you're unsure.
